Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all certification documents to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at support@edengardenjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original diamond certificates and appraisals are included.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we require fully insured transit to protect your investment.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
